These work great! I started using these around the holidays when everyone was getting sick and I needed something to help my immune system. Thankfully, I never got sick and have continued using them since. They're great and easy to use

I put one of these on in the evening before bedtime. I was feeling like I was about to get a cold or something. I was really suprised how well they worked - I felt so much better in the morning! They really work well.I only had one little issue and that is a couple of the patches did not peel off the backing properly. They stuck to the backing and the peeled off with paper stuck to them so they were useless. The others peeled off just fine, so maybe it was just a fluke….you can set them in the photo I posted with my review.They stick really good to my skin. Even through a shower in the morning. I actually forgot I had it one during the day and realized that evening I was still wearing it. There’s no skin irritation at all (and I have sensitive skin).

Maybe I got a bad batch, but every time I use these patches they fall off within about 30 minutes. The package says that you are supposed to wear them for eight to ten hours. The longest I was able to get one to stay on was about an hour and that's because it was up high on my shoulder and was wearing a tank top. If I wear clothes over the patch, they just fall off.
