I love Mary Ruth’s and the taste on these isn’t awful, they are just a little too hard for a gummy. We have her probiotics and those are super soft and easy to chew but my son won’t eat these because they are too hard for him to chew. EDIT: Customer service refunded, very impressed with this company. Will continue to purchase their products.

Helpful and taste good.

These help regulate both my preschooler and myself. However, if you don’t cut it, it’ll feel like your teeth are coming out. I quarter my daughter’s and I halve mine. The taste is appealing and not overly flavored.

These have definitely helped my 5-year old become and stay more regular, without causing stomach issues. Bonus: He loves the taste of them!

My 3 year old has had issues with regularity for the longest time. We tried the daily MiraLAX, as recommended by the pediatrician, but that kept us at home because we never knew what might happen! Lol! The discomfort it caused him made it a miserable experience for everyone. I bought these fiber gummies for him to try and oh my gosh - a world of difference!!! He’s using the bathroom on the toilet regularly and cleaning out his blocked system with zero discomfort. He’s so proud! Highly recommend trying if you’re in the same boat with your little one!

My daughter didn't like the taste, but she is picky. I got it four stars because I wish it had more fiber in a serving, but overall decent product.

Kids love the taste

I give these vitamins to my 2 and 3 year old boys who are very picky eaters. They love these gummies and I love them since they are sugar free and give them the fiber that they are missing from their diet. Before I started them on these vitamins, my 3 year old suffered from very bad constipation multiple times a month. Now, he longer has any issues.
