My mom got me these for valentine’s day and they have been in my list since july. They were fun cards with affirmations and therapy exercises on the back. Me and my mom thought they would be bigger but they are just the size as playing cards. When you’re paying $20-$15 on these I think they should be a bit bigger or shown that they are smaller. But other than that they are cute.

Cute photos and writing on these cards and they’re a playing card kind of weight so they should hold up for awhile. Haven’t had much chance to use them yet but looking forward to it!

Well made and charming resource for anxiety and general wellbeing. Easily packable because of the size- can be taken with you in purse or backpack etc for a quick tool to turn to when needed. The artwork is great and the messages are supportive and reassuring. A little bit pricey, however worth it.
