Doesn’t work
I’ve been taking this after every meal for several months. Had cholesterol test this week and there was no difference in my ldl count ☹️. Don’t waste your money.

Without soy!
Seems to help my cholesterol levels AND it has no soy, which is a blessing for people who are allergic to soy! So happy to have discovered this product and just sent for my second bottle.

Side effects??
I’ve only taken this product for maybe a week and a half. When I do, I only take 2 pills instead of the recommended 3. I cannot speak to the described effects of lowering cholesterol, but I can say I feel like I’m on speed when I take the pills. My heart races, my eyes feel larger, and I get irritable. I’ve tried researching if any of the ingredients have known side effects, but didn’t see anything concrete. I stopped taking them and felt better in 24 hours. To make sure it was the pills, I took two more and all of the same side effects came back. Not sure what the deal is. I’m very disappointed as I bought two bottles in hopes it would help lower my cholesterol.
