Es Justo lo que buscaba porque los de hombre suelen ser muy grandes y con más peso. Esta bien hecho llevo varios meses usándolo para trabajar la suspensión en barra y cumple perfectamente su función, material resistente y bien rematado. Lo recomiendo.

Received yesterday and have been wearing for 6 hours and have it on this morning. I am off work this week and will be wearing every day, all day while doing my usual house work and daily stuff. I am a 5' 7" female, UK size 16 with rather large boobies, I have the top strap attached nearly to the smallest size and the bottom strap about 1/3 tight. It is really comfy to wear specifically across my shoulders. I am a decorator and my mum has just been diagnosed with osteoporosis and arthritis (she was a child minder and dinner lady for 30 years - very, very active, my grandad also had osteoporosis). I read a report on how wearing weighted vests can help with bone density and prevent or delay arthritis, so was interested to see if this small change could help with the possible delay of the inevitable. In terms of the quality of the product, it is well made, the weights are evenly distributed. I like how there is a good amount of weigh on the back and this, I feel, is helping with my posture or at least making more aware. The only downside is that these vests used to be really cheap - £20 for a 5kg in Argos and Wilkos before the pandemic. NOW you are lucky to find one below £40. As with all health related stuff once it becomes popular it also becomes expensive. Personally I think I will out grow this weight very soon, it is (according to reports), the optimum weight to see a difference in bone density and possible weight loss. Be interesting to see how that works along with a calorie controlled diet. Currently happy to wear everyday and looking forward to seeing if it gets in the way of work. I don't know if this will suit everyone, I have a very active job and use my upper body a lot - for someone who isn't used to lifting weights or has a sedentary job or lifestyle - maybe 30 mins a day to begin with til you get used to it.

Mi piace. Gilet vestibile molto tranquillamente. Visto esternamente non sembra neanche un gilet da 10kg, sembra quasi uno di quei marsupi da running Per potersi portare chiavi e telefono (cosa che fai grazie alla tasca dietro). Per la corsa si muove un pò, servirebbe secondo me un allaccio anche sotto il torace che impedisca di salire durante la corsa, ma gestibilissimo e comunque si corre bene... Il top invece per esercizi a corpo libero. (naturalmente per il problema di prima, non potete mettervi in verticale col gilet addosso ehehehehe). Attenzione alla taglia perché io ho preso il 10kg e ho dovuto stringere tutto per tenerlo un po' aderente e l'avrei stretto ancora un pochetto se avessi potuto. (dico questo perché si, non sono un bodybuilder, però non sono neanche piccolissimo)
