Purchased 3 rolls total. The first as birthday gift in September. Product delivered by Amazon came in a torn box like it was previously opened and then packed again. Returned the item (when delivery guy picked it up, he just threw the item inside the truck like it was a sack of potatoes, so that kind of explains some of the damage), reordered once again as a gift for Christmas. The doll just came today (Nov 20), through bluedart this time - the outside packaging was better (usps box was intact) but the item itself once again seems repackaged (some of the scotch tape is unstuck and part of the cardboard looks torn) It looks better than the first one I received, but still not like a gift but rather something you had to fight for. Will not be returning the item for the second time because replacement wont make it here in time for the holidays. Will have to settle for this… The other doll from this set (the singer) I ordered in September, and it came fine on the first try. Brand new box, shiny and glossy, seals intact — I guess it’s a question of luck. The product itself is superb in quality - great detail and material quality. Can recommend the product, but not the experience of ordering it here. High chances of getting an item with packaging issues.
