Decent size
Never expressed before and this product was great. Used with the app which works really well and easy to follow. Not the easiest to clean and time consuming. But holds a lot of milk. Also great to collect colostrum in the late stages.

Bad quality - broke after 5 months
Great product and I have used it all the time, however after only 5 months there is a crack in the cap piece that connects to the pump. I was told by customer support, as this is only an accessory, it has 90 days warranty, which I understand but terrible quality as it creates the suction and falls under the non-washable parts. Also confusing in terms of this being an 'accessory' wouldn't you then be able to purchase the motor separately and add the 'accessories' that you needed to it? Instead, you have to buy the whole thing as a package and don't get a choice of the 'accessories' these are all an extra cost. The piece that broke is a vital part of the functionality that should really be able to withstand 6 months of use. Especially given how much you pay for these pumps. So, great product, but will be warning others that the quality is not good and lots of extra costs for 'accessories'. A shame.

Excellent, easy to use hands free pump!
I bought this pump as I wanted to feed my baby exclusively breast milk, but also wanted to be able to express so my husband could feed our baby. It came in a neat packaged box and after a quick flick of the instructions it was really easy to get it set up. I found that it was comfortable to wear in my bra and the battery neatly clipped onto my leggings allowing me to wear it hands free which was important to me as I have a toddler to run around after as well. I managed to pump 120mls in 5 minutes which I was thrilled with. I had a previous pump from another brand and it tied me to the sofa and didn’t produce as much milk. I am thrilled with this purchase and will be recommending to all of my mum friends.

Amazing product! I regret I did not buy it sooner
I have heard great reviews of Elvie but once that I experienced I can just say that this is my third baby and I hated pumping, with my previous pump, Medela automatic, it was slow and very discomfortable but also I hated waste my time pumping and not being able to do anything else... but Elvie is a next level... I bought the double one and it so efficient, I got much more milk supply in half of the time. I love the app! It is so useful, the step by step guide for first use and the way that you can control it! I strongly recommend the product, for me pumping was a nightmare in the past and I was not willing to pump with this baby but after my friend convince to try this one, I can say that I do not hate it anymore! I also love that it comes with 21 and 24 mm shield so can be adapted to your nipple size.

Brilliant pump
I bought this breast pump as it was recommended to me by a friend and it’s been brilliant. As a first time mum adjusting to my new life has been a whirlwind and anything that can help make things easier have been welcomed. This pump is very simple to set up and is super easy to clean. I love the hands free, it makes it very convenient and possible to pump while still doing daily activities. I really liked how compact it was and it fit very comfortably in my bra. The price tag is a little higher than others but I would say it’s worth it as it gives you convenience and flexibility.

Better than the Elvie single
Still not great though.. better pump quality and still pretty discreet but quite fiddly and not sure the green bits always align thus meaning no suction or milk

Highly ineffective pump
Cons of this product: - Tricky to assemble - Did not get much milk at all - worked for about 3 weeks then stopped getting any milk from it - Uncomfortable (the shields are made from hard plastic, I’d advise getting a pump with silicon shields) - Expensive compared to other brands - Flanges must be purchased separately, further increasing costs This pump led me to believe I had a very low supply which was dropping, making breastfeeding very stressful. I once got 120ml from this pump but most times it was 30-50ml, then eventually nothing. I almost gave up on breastfeeding but in order to exhaust all options I purchased a pump from much cheaper brand. This pump produced 3 times the amount of milk in less time than the Elvie. It was more comfortable and included spare flanges of different sizes and replacement valves which have to be purchased separately if buying the Elvie pump. I’ve had my new, cheaper breast pump for 3 months now and still get lots of milk from it. I feel ripped off by this Elvie pump. I lent it to a friend when I stopped using it and she also struggled to get more than a few ml from it. I strongly advise researching other, cheaper breast pump brands and avoiding Elvie, most of the cost of this pump is likely spent on their expensive marketing campaigns!

Breaks after 2 months of use
It’s a great pump until one day or stops working. Easy to use and clean, and comfortable. I received one of these as a gift, and bought a second one. Both stopped working after 2 months of use for the same reason. It’s an issue with the rubber seal on the cap so the pulp loses suction completely. Really frustrating. Good customer service. If you’re within the warranty period, Elvie will send a replacement part for free. Although you couldn’t buy a replacement part of you wanted to - suppliers have been out of stock for months.

Breast pump stopped working after very minimal use! Milk leaked into the motor, causing it to fail. This has been a major inconvenience as I rely on it daily. Not worth it!!!

It is easy to wear, use, clean and storage. It is discreet and silent and has been very useful and convenient to use. As with any pump, there is some learning and getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is worth it and gives you some freedom to do easy tasks while pumping. I would recommend it without a doubt!

Excellent pump! I’ve been freed from my spectra pump! I’ve been using this pump exclusively for a month, 4-5 sessions per day. The cups fit well into my bra, they are not overly large, pretty quiet and lightweight. ( I’ve used the willow pumps in the past and they are huge, heavy and loud. And inconsistent, the parts are finicky resulting in variable suction/function.) The amount of milk expressed is more than i anticipated (when comparing to my spectra pump). Yes, my pumping session are 30-40 minutes but its worth it if you can multitask. I can feed my 3 month old a bottle and hold her while using this pump. I can pick up and play with my 20 month old while pumping as well. I’ve only experienced leaking once and that was when i was bending over picking up toys. This product has truly been a game changer and will definitely help me to pump longer!

After several months still working fine, not sure if will still be good for a second child. I don’t use it everyday. Needed to buy inserts and with the guide offered to measure got a good solution. After extracting 2 or 3 times in a day, your nipples will definitely feel it, so it’s not equivalent to a massage.
