First bottle great, second order bust
Below is what I said after ordering and trying the first bottle of Pure Saffron. The capsules seemed to have a lot of saffron, which was great. I ordered more after running out, and when I got the second bottle, the capsules have NO yellow at all, NO smell of saffron at all. I do not believe there is any saffron in this second bottle that I received, even though the bottle looks the same and says Pure Saffron on it. I have no choice but to believe that either they put the wrong supplement in the bottle, or else they manufactured the pills and forgot to put the saffron in, and the capsules are only filler. Either way, quality control is very important with a supplement manufacturer, and Holistic Solutions has flunked. I have changed my review to 1 star. If you want to take a chance with them, be sure your bottle contains capsules that yellow and smell like saffron. FYI, the LOT number is #3387, exp date 6/16.++++++++++++++++ First review based only on original purchase ++++++++++++++++++I had tried some other saffron products, same level of the active ingredient. These smell much more strongly of saffron, and are much more yellow/orange looking. It makes me think there is more pure saffron in these than just the satiereal extract, and for my purposes, I prefer having more whole saffron. I read a WSJ article (March 30, 2015) saying saffron was shown to prevent muscle pain and inflammation after a workout and actually helps build muscle too, so I am taking it to help get better results from my workouts with less inflammation. In the study, they took whole powdered saffron, which is not so easy to find, but I don't think just the basic satiereal extract is enough, as they theorize it is the two saffron carotenoids, crocin and crocetin, that have the effect.

more like appetite stimulant!
Purchased for advertised appetite suppressant and mood enhancing properties. However it caused me to lose all inhibition at night and eat almost compulsively. I've never been a night eater before so this was really weird for me! Wouldn't buy again or recommend to others for appetite suppression. Can't speak to it's mood enhancing properties since I didn't use it long enough to notice a difference.

I love this stuff, I ordered it for anxiety before learning it helps with apetite control..I only took for a month but noticed a difference I just orders enough for 2 months , I'm going to try to add it to my daily vitamin regime.

Great Appeitite Suppressant
I started taking on Sunday and I really like this product. It does help with appetite and cravings. I haven't snacked on unhealthy food at all this week.

Add on sticker
your company has a add on sticker put on the bottle to say that it is from the trademark of Sattiereal. What is the after thought? Either your company has the right to use the trademark or it doesn't. I paid a price because I thought that I was getting what was advertised as the ingredient

I feel like on the days I don't take this product I am more hungry and snack more throughout the day , I don't realize until after that it may be the saffron curbing my appetite
