This shaker works perfectly to blend protein powder thanks to the metal ball that does a much better job than the traditional plastic rings under the lid. It is an ideal size for hand holding and fits into a car cup holder. The thickened plastic sides also make it comfortable for holding cold beverages. Drinking is smooth and bottle is leak proof. The only negative is the string for holding that gets wet when washing and takes forever to dry and it is a bit of a hustle to remove it every time. Would recommend replacing it with some silicone or quick drying material instead.
