This looks like it will work good, will be using soon and update if it's not! Very easy to clean. Seems sturdy, time will tell but I'm hoping so, nice wood handle and good blade, again will update if it doesn't meet great standards but seems very nice.

This works very well! Makes a clean cut AND seals the dough. Since it has a wooden handle, I'm afraid to put it in the dishwasher, but it is easy to hand wash.

It takes a bit of practice to learn the proper amount of pressure when cutting the dough. As is typical with any tool. Too much and it may bind, too little and it skips. But the results are great! I used it to cut the lattice on the top crust of a berry pie. It looked fantastic!!

Nothing extraordinary about this little device but looks like it will do the job just fine. I bought this one after looking at some ridiculously high prices in some of the cooking stores. Perhaps the only thing that would’ve been better is if the handle has been made of plastic rather than wood. I love the look of wooden handles, however the varnish wears off very quickly with cleaning done anything with a wooden handle that doesn’t have a resin finish, And I can see that happening before long with this one as well.

Just made a large batch agnolotti del plin with this cutter, and it cut and sealed perfectly - not one pasta exploded. Like all of these wheeled cutters, you need to use a bit of force, but it actually worked better than ones I have used that have a sharp cutting edge. Fits comfortably in the hand. Very happy with it. Recommended.

This is exactly what I was looking for to cut cookie dough. It is well constructed and of good quality. It cuts the dough into a pretty wavy design. Great value for the price.

Made in Italy. Excellent wooden handle and tolerance between the wheel and pin. I just received it 3 days ago and already made over 100 ravioli with it. Cuts and crimps perfectly even for an amateur cook like me. This will last me a lifetime. Very worth the money!
