Game Changer, Trust my Data, Family Vacation Saver
I Recently discovered via medical sleep study that I stop breathing 40 times per hour due to my snoring. It’s so loud I wake myself up and even sleep separately from wife for last 1.5 years most nights, keeping door closed in my own room. No alcohol and not really overweight. Been tracking sleep with AutoSleep app on Apple Watch 4 years now. Sleep has improved a bit since I stopped drinking bc alcohol makes you more like passing-out type effect than sleeping. I am good with 1.5hr deep sleep, which I get when I sleep about 8-9hrs but still groggy in morning. Instead I was getting about 10-30min, tired and could nap anytime. I now get 2-3 hours! of DEEP sleep when I sleep about 6. I wake at 6am, hopping out of bed no alarm needed since using this device about 2 weeks ago. I am back in my shared bed and my family won’t hate me on vacation for keeping everyone up all night in shared hotel room. The app is good too and provides noise data into my AutoSleep app that then makes it easier to analyze everything. I still have a few periods of snoring here and there but no one complains, certainly not me. Start using the AutoSleep app now, Oder this product, and measure the difference for sanity check / confirm not placebo effect. Make small habit changes and see impact via the AutoSleep app to optimize. This device takes about 3-days to really get used to but you sleep no problem from the start. I have a small imperfection in bottom row of teeth that was feeling sore a bit because the device is non-custom but that’s in the morning and I wonder if the teeth won’t get a bit pushed forward eventually. You can sleep mouth open or closed with this device and get benefit either way. Buy this now for yourself and anyone you know who snores. Non-returnable but who would?Ps: I don’t usually lose time writing reviews, but this I have to share and I am up at 6 enjoying coffee anyways!

Buyer beware!
I have truly tried to use these. However, they are the most uncomfortable devise I have ever used! I end up taking it out because I can't get to sleep. I read the brochure that came in the box which says to give it time to adjust. My jar hurts, my teeth hurt and speaking of teeth, the brochure mentions that there could be some movement of your teeth! No thank you. To add insult to injury, it is a non-refundable. It was in the fine print. I didn't want to give any stars but I had to check at least one in order to submit my comment.

This helps some with snoring, not a fix all
This product does slightly help reduce the severity of snoring however it does not stop it completely. I have used the 2mm and 6mm both. The 6mm is such a large shift that my lower jaw will come out of the recessed area. I feel that if there were a 4mm shift piece it would work perfectly for what I am experiencing. I went from 2-3 hours of snoring a night to .5 - .75 hours of snoring with the 2mm and 1 - 1.5 hours in the 6mm and that is probably because of the slipping out of the mouth piece and reverting the jaw to the original position.

I took a chance and was glad that I did!
I was tired of trying different inexpensive solutions to address my snoring. It was driving my wife crazy and I knew that I had to do something about it. There are so many products that it's confusing so I figured I would start at the higher end of things with a company that guaranteed results. If it worked, it would be worth every penny. If it didn't they would take it back. I looked at Z-Quiet and the Zyppah. I ultimately chose this since I did not have to deal with the fitting process. I downloaded the Snore Lab app and took measurements for 3 days prior to using the ZQuiet and my numbers were between 35 and 33. The first day of using the smaller size ZQuiet my number went down to 14...and then to 11 and finally 9! I have not tried the larger size, which will even bring it down more, since my wife is now happy with the result. I am much more refreshed in the morning as well. When I first used it I took a bit to get used to but now I don't even think about it. I bought the entire kit with the cleaner, 2-sizes and case. If you look at the pricing and think it's a lot of a couple of pieces of plastic you are correct, but it's the engineering and effectiveness that you are paying for. $100 to end my snoring and not have to sleep in another room is a fine value. I just wish that I did it earlier.

Didn’t help me but great customer service
I’m not overweight and I don’t have sleep apnea, but I do snore at least 30% of the night regardless of sleeping position. If you have the SnoreLab app, I never get louder than mid-yellow range and am mostly in high green or low yellow which, unfortunately, is enough to disturb my beloved’s sleep and therefore quite problematic. The level 1 device made absolutely no difference at all in my snoring. It was reasonably comfortable, though, and I perceived that I slept quite well with it in place. 5 stars for comfort for the level 1. The level 2 was too aggressive for me; it put so much pressure on my lower teeth that I couldn’t tolerate it for more than a minute or so. Plus it moved my jaw so far forward that I felt it was trying to dislocate. So, level 2 was too uncomfortable to try long enough to even start to try to get used to it. No stars for level 2. The listing says that one cannot return it, but after noting that, in my review, I was contacted almost immediately by customer service, who offered me a full refund. This device didn’t work for me, but it might work for you.

Didn't work, wasn't comfortable, and is potentially harmful to your teeth
I bought this to try to avoid the use of a CPAP machine. My snoring was actually worse with the mouthpiece than without. What's worse, by morning time my teeth were sore and stayed that way for hours after removal. Even if it worked well, what you get is extremely underwhelming for the price. This could cost half as much and I'd still feel like I was getting fleeced. After this experience, I'm pretty sure I'd actually prefer the CPAP mask. I wish I didn't open the thing so I could get my money back.

Doesn’t stop you from snoring
For me personally, there was no tooth or jaw pain after use. My problem was that my wife took a video of me for testing purposes and I could still hear myself snoring like crazy. As hard as times are these days I for one can say this company is ripping people off…70$ for some plastic and a bottle of foam that neither one works
