Effective and sturdy grip strength trainer
I recently purchased the grip strength trainer and have been blown away by its effectiveness. I have been using it for a few weeks now and can already feel a noticeable improvement in my grip strength. The build quality of the device is top-notch and feels very sturdy. It's compact enough to take with me to the gym or use at home. The grip trainer has also helped me with my forearm and wrist strength, which has improved my overall lifting form and technique. The comfortable handles make it easy to grip the device, even during more intense training sessions.Overall, I would highly recommend this grip strength trainer to anyone looking to improve their grip strength, forearm and wrist strength, and overall lifting performance. It's a high-quality product that delivers real results and is definitely worth the investment.

Solid! Worth the price.
Just arrived. Solid pieces, will last for a long time. Ordered the three pack set, 100lb, 150lb, and 200lb. The 100lb is perfect for me to start with as a 175lb man, who’s done construction most of my life. Can barely squeeze the 200lb to halfway. Foam grips go on easily, seems like they’ll last for a while. I’d recommend these over any of the adjustable ones, the ones I’ve used are cheaply made. If taken care of, these could last a decade or more.

Its OK, great value for the money.
They seem well made. The knurling is mild, but sufficient. The open position is a bit wide for anyone with medium or short fingers, but should be manageable for most men, though it may be a bit of a hassle to get a good starting grip for many women. The jumps in closing force needed are not optimized, and I don't think the weights are accurate. The Jump from Blue (150lbs) to Red (200lbs) seems larger than the jumps from 50 to 100 to 150. Even if you can do 30 or 40 good reps of the Blue, you might not be able to close the Red once. An intermediate weight would be preferable. I imagine very few people will ever close the Gold (300lbs), so it should be replaced with one at 175 to facilitate a smoother progression. But, that said, they serve their purpose pretty well, and are an excellent value for the money.

Good tension for strength improvement
These hand strengtheners have excellent tension for building grip strength. They come in 6 different tensions. They allow for a progression of grip strength to develop. So far I have found these very good for that purpose. They seem to be made of solid material. Only issue is the grips are metal and can be difficult on the hands. They come with felt grips, but they are very difficult to put on the grips themselves.

Be prepared to get humbled.
Be prepared to be humbled. These are awesome though. Helped significantly with grip issues in the gym.

Awesome so far.
These grippers are all metal and feel surprisingly high quality. I got the 6 pack so that I can progress over time. They also come with these foam handle covers that prevent your skin from getting chewed up. I cycle through the 50-100-150 grippers and that's a good workout so far. Nice pump in the forearms! The ones that are 200 and above are unexpectedly challenging. You have to be freakishly strong to do the 300. That one I push from both sides to do an isometric chest contraction with. Nice pump in the chest! This is a challenging set that is worth the money. I recommend getting the whole set instead of trying to buy them piece by piece. This way you don't have to figure out where you strength is- just get the set and you can start at the appropriate resistance.
