Q: Is the rain cover same color as the bag?

Its not exactly the same but its close. The bag is charcoal and the rain cover is black.

Q: Will it fit well on a push cart?

Just used this bag for 36 holes per day for 3 days in rain and wind with CaddyTek 4-wheel Lite push cart and had no stability issues. Sufficiently rigid.

Q: Where do you store your tees, divot tool, and ball marker?

There are a couple of places. Near the bottom of the bag is a compartment that is ideal for storing balls, tees, etc. There is also as small pocket near the top of the bag for storing small personal items like keys, ball markers advil, etc. I have not had any problem finding places to put things.
