This bracelet is 7.5 inches long (size large) but can be shortened while you wait by any jeweler. Many small independent jewelers do not charge for this service. Magnetic therapy is well accepted for management of pain from arthritis, sports injuries and other muscle pains. But we do NOT make any medical claims with this product.
