I use this stuff for everything! From cooking, in my dogs food, moisturizing my body from head to toes literally. Lip gloss, add it to my toothpaste and lastly I melt it in my mouth. Not crazy about that but I do it anyway. It is good for the body and aids in weight loss or maintenance of a good weight! It's all around just good stuff!

This is the best coconut oil on the market. I will order from them again.
