It is worth the money, good quality and detail

The model is amazingly detailed and looks very good but it is too fragile. Just trying to pop it out of the packaging one of the plastic doors snapped off and I needed to glue it back in place. Otherwise, it looks great!

The parts will break easily. As soon as we opened the package, the landing gear broke. With in 10 min of opening the package. The parts are so delicate and so cheap that this toy is not even worth $1/-. After fixing the landing gear with a glue , the next day the same part broke again at the different place. I was shocked on how is it even possible? Did they make this as desktop or showcase item ? Not for children to play ? Worst product ever that I brought. It’s so brittle that by holding in hand it self you can get a feeling that something will break

On the negative note, the left wing at the fold does not go flat as the right wing does, there is a noticeable odd bend to it. Model itself is decently etched. The tailroot arrestor hook gets in the way of the metal stand, and also on that note - if you put the model on the stand then you cannot put the centerline gunpod on - no room for it. Decal/insignias are well done. Doors and landing gear is fixed. Overall a decent model.

This diecast jet came in perfect condition, sometimes I have to re attach a piece that may came off with superglue but not this copy. This came in perfect shape and the box was not damaged. All the outlets wings, bombs etc were attached and in grt shape. This is an amazing looking diecast aircraft. Will look grt in any jet collection you may haveOnly negative can give is the metals stand it came with. Think the piece you have to attach to the base may been made little to thick to fit in the holes of the base well. I still got it to hold ok but it didn’t slide into the grooves like it supposed to so it’s not the most sturdy stand rt now. Thankfully this has its landing gear down in a take off position so I can let it sit on my shelf without a stand or I need to shave some the diecast off the stand in order to make the stand fit into the base better.All an all this is a awesome jet and glad have it in my collection

I have an extensive collection of diecast military aircraft but did not have an F-35 Lightning. This is a very detailed model. It is the vertical take-off model and all the body panels for vertical flight are permanently in the open position, including the weapons bays. The model is mostly metal, including the sturdy display stand.
