This flour is so tasty! Gives a nice nutty flavor, perfect for all baking but we love making muffins with it.

I prefer this over Spelt, but Spelt is awesome too. Great product thank you.

I just started using this product but so far it has been great for baked goods and everyday use. I use it in my sourdough too and it has made some delicious bread.

Awesome need more period

First time to use Einkorn in the usual 2# loaf recipe from Sue Becker. I usually use 1.5 cups hard red and 1.5 cups hard white. Now that I have this Einkorn from Be Still Farms, I used 1 cup each of all three wheat berries.Jaw-dropping difference in the texture, besides a higher than usual loaf. Wow. Maybe I need to use a little less of the Einkorn next time?Very enjoyable & satisfying. PTL!

Now that I finally now how to prepare these grains properly, I cannot get enough of them! Whether mixing with roasted veggies and tofu or just adding a little sweetened oat milk for breakfast, these are always SO good. When food prepping for the week, we cook up a very large batch and they never go to waste.

So happy to find a product that is as close as possible to the way nature intended. No hybridization!

I have been making my own bread the old fashioned way for many years and I also have a flour mill which I have been using for the last several years. I have never been thrilled with the texture of an all whole wheat bread. But now everything has changed. I just made my first loaf of Einkorn flour whole wheat bread and it is fantastic. I love the texture and taste. This is a great product from a wonderful family business. I will be ordering more and on a regular basis.
