Update: Customer service contacted me and was wonderful in helping me receive a replacement free of charge after my first one had broken. They took every step to resolving my problem quickly and I am highly satisfied with the Wax Pro 100. Thank you very much for fixing the issue at hand and for the fast shipping and great communication! I had only used this 2 times before it broke. It worked great at first; I was very pleased, but then it stopped getting warm! The indicator light won’t turn on the when I turn dial, it makes the “clicking” noise as if it is turning on when I turn the dial, but nothing warms up and no indicator light turns on.I was never rough or abusive and did not leave it on after using it. It broke for no reason and now it might be too late to return it or get a refund. I’m very disappointed that I only got 2 waxes out of this.

This totally works! Gave myself a brazilian!!
I was aprehensive at first, but totally gave myself a brazillian (or really close to a brazillian) wax using this! online email instructions they send are useful, but there are a few tips that really make it possible to do this on your own...first, 100% you MUST have this: Numb 520 (1.35oz / 38g) 5% Lidocaine - brazillian still hurt, but didn't feel like my skin was being ripped off like in the past : ) really numbed it quite a bitsecond, after cleaning area to be waxed, dab on a small amount of baby oil and then towel off before waxing. after waxing, baby oil can be used to get any remaining way off hair and skin.

Great Wax Kit!
I’ve been researching at home waxing kits for awhile and settled on this one. The price was very affordable and the kit came with everything I needed to get started.The system is easy to use. I poured my wax in and let it melt and then did my first trial. I’m a newbie to waxing and figure I’ll start small and work my way up. I waxed the peach fuzz from my upper lip and it was fast and surprisingly not to painful.I plan to attempt my legs next. Anyway, I love this little system and know I’ll get great usage from it!

Not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be.
Helps to know a bit of yoga if you're planning to do your own waxing, but I gotta say, tgat wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be....stings for not even a couple seconds and that's it! No need to buy the special pre-treatment oil they want ro sell you, it's just scented mineral oil which is the same as baby oil. Only thing is I thought the different waxes were going to smell nice since they took the time to make yhem pretty, but no...really didnt have much of a scent at all.

I love this wax kit
I love this wax kit. It’s so easy to use and way better than shaving or buying the microwave wax kits. Only thing missing is the waxing cloth/paper. It’s just like going to the salon and getting waxed, only much cheaper in the long run! It’s easy to be precise and repeat as necessary. I love it!

Great product idea
Great product idea. However the mechanics were defective. The wax heater would not turn off and kept getting hotter and hotter and hotter to the point the wax was smoking! I plan on purchasing another one that hopefully works correctly because I love the idea of waxing at home! ;)
