Got it for my puffco pivot and I love it, retty tough so you won't be worried if you drop it. I don't have the glass adapter but it looks like it would also fit.

Just nice to have to keep all your stuff in one place and very affordable.

To start, this is a great case over all, however, you can not use both sides (top and bottom) to put things in, so basically you lose out on half the space this case offers. The case itself is not deep enough to utilize both areas of storage, so it's not going to be great for traveling...On another note it seems sturdy , it looks as described, etc etc.... if the company makes this case deeper to where you can actually utilize all the space you pay for as a customer, I would give it 5 stars

This is a perfect size and setup to carry my pen, portable battery, and miscellaneous goodies. As durable as I had hoped. I've carried it in a backpack to work for 5 months with no problems. However, mine had 2 issues that were an easy fix. First, the inside of the case had a strong smell from the dye used in manufacturing or something so I put some essential oil on some fabric and left it in the case for a day or so. Second, the sewing is a bit roughly finished, so I needed to melt some loose ends of stitching with a lighter during the first week or so of use. No big deal. Ultimately, I will probably order another just in case something happens to my current one. Good product. It has made my day easier for sure.

It was just a replacement from my first one from 7 years ago. I would recommend if you’re an ego, e cig or even a water vapor it’s perfect for all your go to needs in one place.
