I was deeply in love with this bag when I first got it. It had ample space, tons of pockets, a premade attachment for keys, bottles, headphones, and a few really nifty features, one being portable charging. After buying one for myself, I bought one for someone else a few days later.Unfortunately, despite the sturdiness and durability of the bag, the zippers on this are crap. They were gaping apart 2 days in. My first zipper derailed after three days despite only light use and I still liked the bag so much I tried to make do by just completely using the other one. On the way home from work, with hardly anything in the bag, the second zipper broke, and I had to carry it and the contents of my bag, home in my arms. Distressing. Four days later, the same thing happened to the person I had gifted this bag too. Embarrasing.I really wanted to be with this bag forever, but it decided after two weeks it was time to divorce. Great product, except for the terrible zippers, which essentially makes it useless. I wanted to give it another go and buy another one to see if it was a fluke after returning the one I had, but the gifted bag having the zipper broken makes it look like a pattern and not an accident. If you buy it, know you’ll be getting a fantastic bag that will last you at most a week or two. As this was the best bag I’ve ever had until the zippers struck, maybe I will find it in me to take a chance and test this theory once more. If so, I’ll adjust my review accordingly. For now, this is where I stand.

I bought this to use as my personal item for flying. It is amazing. I loaded this sucker with everything I could think of, and still had extra room. The backpack remained slim, and only slightly looked "bulged" when I had my sweater, blanket, and slippers bundled up and shoved in the main pocket.I LOVE the small pocket against the back. It made me feel safer knowing my plane tickets were easily accessable and my wallet was secure and unpickable when walking around. The luggage strap was also useful, especially when boarding - instead of awkwardly trying to take the backpack off in the aisle, I slid it off my carry-on.The backpack itself is very comfortable. Even when full, it didn't pull my shoulders back or pinch at the straps.I let a girlfriend borrow it for a weekend trip out of state, and she and her daughter immediately bought their own when they got back. I would say this is one of those staple items you buy in every color because it's so amazing, but really, it's SO great, you'll only ever need one.

The quality of the product looks good, but when you use it, it is the poorest quality in a backpack I've ever used. I bought this back in September/October 2017 for the purpose of business travel and have never used it until this past week. For the first time in use, the zipper broke. Now, I can't return it because it passed it's return date.Lesson learned. Use the product before the return date expires.

I like the backpack itself. It's strong and sturdy. I didn't open it and start using it right away though, so by the time I found out that one of the rear zippers was defective, it was too late to return it. Unless I can figure out how to contact the manufacturer and see if there's a warranty. But even then it was more than 90 days by the time I found out. At least it has two rear zippers so I can still use it. Otherwise a very nice bag.

My advice: don't waste your money on this backpack!Barely five months after the purchase, the zipper ofthe crucial laptop holder compartment at the very backstarted to disengage over its entire length and later eventhe sturdy looking zipper runners broke at the base. Thismade the backpack worthless!!!

They were really good but after a few days into our month long trip the main zipper broke and we could not return them because we were in Asia when the return date expired. Both main zippers on both backpacks broke & we had to purchase more luggage in Nepal in order to bring our items home, which were in the backpacks!!! We are not happy campers!!!

Very nice look, fits my laptop perfectly and has many useful pockets. Very comfortable to wear and has a very nice texture. Haven’t had to the water resistance yet...

Everything about it was great except the zipper; which pretty much holds the whole thing together.
