Clementoni puzzles are typically of fantastic quality and we have enjoyed many in the past. This one, however, was a major disappointment due to a missing piece as well as the presence of an extra piece (see photo) that does not fit the puzzle. We are certain that we did not lose the missing piece. The puzzle was in a sealed plastic bag when opened so the presence of an extraneous piece suggests that something went wrong during final production and packaging. We are terribly disappointed that we could not finish this challenging and otherwise very well made puzzle. Update: I contacted Clementoni and they sent us a completely new puzzle. Fantastic and responsive customer service!
