good for raised bed if traveling by car
+1 would buy againgood for: road tripsWe need a raised bed when travelling (GERD/reflux), pretty easy toss these in the car and they work well on a queen mattress (slide mattress toward foot of bed, set up both sid-by-side at the headboard, pull mattress back up).Solid, fold down flat, travel well. They're a good size for what they do. The inflatable wedge things are fragile, easy for them to leak / go flat.bad for: air travel, I imagine - would burn a lot of space in luggage.may ok for: long term home use. A "zero gravity" adjustable bed is better for home/long-term, but these rack things maybe useful for for a guest bedroom / power outage (makes an adjustable bed non-adjustable).

Extremely poor design... or we just got a defective product!!
***Don't waste your time buying this item!!!***I will give it 2 stars, but only because it's sturdy.Otherwise... go ahead and scratch your head at these images. Basically the adjustable bar does not even reach the last notch/lowest setting and even 1 notch above, it's basically laying flat, not rising anything (except for my blood pressure for spending $$$ on it and having to return it now!!).I *wish* this item worked, because it is very sturdy and was perfect for our RV mattress. BUT... even on any setting that would actually raise it enough to make any difference, it was killing my neck, woke up in pain.Returning it, with a broken heart. The search continues for something to use as a bed riser in the RV.

Sturdy But Design Flaw
The construction is sturdy but the bar to adjust the height is too short to reach the two lower settings. The third setting is too high for sleeping. Maybe adding a second bar that folds down for use in the two lowest settings would be a good enhancement

Can put one wedge on top of the other
I have a twin size bed and needed a 6 inch incline…..as other people are saying, when this wedge is adjusted to a lower notch, it’s 3 inches (and the higher notch is 10 inches - too high). But I put one wedge on top of the other one to create the 6 inch incline that’s comfortable for sleeping. With a twin-size bed, 2 wedges are enough, stacked one on the other and they stay in place without any movement, so I didn’t have to purchase 2 more to put next to them. So, it’s an option since I like this style (wanted metal instead of foam and they don’t collect a lot of dust like the plastic bed wedges I used to use.

Woke up in agony!
Bought this and was glad I didn’t have to assemble anything. Put it under my mattress on both sides. My feet dangled near the end of the bed but that seemed fine. Woke up around 2am to use the bathroom and it felt like my hip had shattered. I normally sleep on my left side so I could barely roll over let alone get out of bed. I stumbled to the bathroom trying not to scream and wake my wife up but I was nearly in tears. My hip felt like it had been crushed by a sledgehammer. I’ve never had this type of pain except once when I slept on the floor but even concrete didn’t hurt like this. I can only assume it was this product under my mattress but I’ve never been in so much pain in my life. Sent it back the next day

under mattress head raise 2 pack
It actually works. It's way better than those ridiculous foam wedges. My one problem is the price($100.00). Forced to buy a2 pack. They are only sold as a 2 pack. I have a lung condition so it was needed. At least they work!!!

Solid and easy to install
Although the price is a little high, it is way cheaper than an electric lift. I leave mine in a set position so I don't adjust it up or down. They are very solid. Make sure if you have a steel frame foundation that you at least use zip ties to hold it in place. I'm not sure how this would do on a box springs type foundation. You must also have a mattress that can be used on an adjustable bed. Most nowadays are but not all of them.

Honestly, changed my life lmao. Finally able to utilize my bed.
For whatever reason I can't sleep on a flat bed. Bottom line is this does it job. Even without a headboard I was able to use a ton of zip ties and it stays in place. The two included were great for the queen size mattress. Yes you will have to relift the mattress it may slide down a few inches after each night but very very very effective and I really am grateful. A proper rising bed frame was def not in the budget for me. So this was the best option and I am so glad I purchased this. Thank you!
