This is the best TV you can buy for the price, it comes with some disadvantages aswell.PROS:1- amazing screen quality and vivid colors.2- 120 HZ but it only supports 1080 FHD if you play on 4k and you want 120 HZ you need to get the newer version of the TV.3- the sound quality of the TV is really good.Cons:1- Software is really slow and that's the only trade off you will get.Very happy with the purchase, been using the TV for over a year without an issue.

Bought the TV in May,2023 and it stopped working Nov,2024 ! Black screen with only sound. The performance of the TV was sluggish/slow from day 1. Dont reccomend. NEVER BUY !!

It is a new unit, well packaged as expected if it is shipped and sold by Amazon.Tv looks great! Functions as it suppose to. Movies played on Netflix looks grainy and games playing with PS3 is the same. But then our connection isn't the fast either anyway and PS3 is outdated and uses only 60 FPS. The 120 FPS is only for gaming by the way and only if you have the latest gaming console like the PS5. Standby - on speed is very fast. Haven't tried switching it off from the socket switch as we don't leave it off for a long time.The only thing that really matters to be is that it doesn't break easily. Like dead LEDs after 3 years of moderate use like our old TCL TV.

I was torn between Samsung or Sony as this is the only brand I trust.I saw this tv suddenly that is Qled with a fraction of the cost.What I really like is the 120hz, HDR 10...I am mainly using this for my PS5 and the quality is the best, the sound output is like you have your own audio system. Not good but definitely not bad.You can also install apk apps via sideload since this is an android tv.Cons: the only thing I dont like is it lags sometimes when navigating,

Don’t buy it. After a year and a half of use, the screen went black and with sound working out of nowhere. Very bad when it comes to Netflix, it requires me to restart the TV and re-connect the internet. VERY BAD and a waste of money.

Good TV and great sound, it's a TCL so you get what you paid for and on that note, the screen is quite good, bright and clear colours coming from the Qled, but what is a bonus is the sound that's emitting from such compact speakers!I must say for the price you pay its worth every dirham.

Cons: the overall system is slow and sluggish, it changed from day 1 to day 3, it doesnt have apple airplay so need to rely on 3rd party app, all third party apps are paid please note, google home app is also sluggish, picture quality colour and contrast below average for QLED, refresh rate is below 60hz, maybe 50hz only, not sure about gaming, i am sure that would also be same as well, sound quality is below par level, forget onkyo all nonsense, it is lower and worse than normal speakers, main point is colour saturation, contrast and brightness all three parameter this TV is failing derastically, below average, after one day of low usage i saw one white spot, then complete screen hang for colour I am sure thats not internet or netflix, it was TV, black patch is visible during dark background play. Brightness is low, wide angle view is very poor, because of VA panel, after 1-3 day the system was turning sluggish little but in future it may turn to hang a more often.Pros: this is complete smart TV with built in mic with toggle switch along with remote mic, so you just need to ask the tv to do what you want, build is awesome, bezzel less design look amazing for a 55” inch tv, light weight, you can install any apk file as a app if it is not in playstore, the google tv experience was very good, you can change the aspect ratio of any sort of video and can watch any content in full fit view, which is awesome, internal storage is 11GB. Tv starting time is little slow but not very slow, if you switch it of from power it will take a while then to start, but no need to reconnect to network and all other stuff, alarm watch and screensaver all as per the standard google tv.Verdict: Overall it is a good tv if you want to compromise on airplay if you are non iphone user, warranty only 1 year only, but amazon will help in case of issue, since seller and shipper are both amazon itself which is good.My review is based on comparison with sony X75k 55” TV, i have return this tv due to screen issue and bought sony X75K 55” from TCL C635This price is little over prices in comparison to the overall productI have paid 230 aed extra and bought sony so the price is not less, this TV is fine in the range of 1200-1400 max.Box packaging and delivery was as usual quick and awesome, all branded and well arranged.
