Great product

Just got a new hire who scares thieves without having to confront them. I notice the differences he has compared to me which I can change is exposing my cuffs instead of keeping them in a concealed holster and adding a body camera. I already have the pepper spray holster by Orpaz and that thing is fantastic. It’s good to stick to the same brand and type of holsters you wear. This holster is pretty nice for visual deterrence for sure. Seems solid. With mine, I selected the duty belt loop and got like 2 extra attachment clips. The mechanism that secures the cuffs seem “iffy” to me because it feels like the plastic may snap if I push it the wrong way or too hard. With this, you are going to sacrifice silence. The cuffs clank together so now I can’t sneak around easily unless I coat my cuffs somehow. Glad I bought it so far!

So, I needed something more reliable so my cuffs did not unclick from the previous holster I was using. This one is pretty nice fitting on the belt, but every now and again the piece will slide down causing the cuffs to fall... Not sure if I like it or dislike it honestly. Overall I will keep it due to pro's outweighing the con's.Shipped and arrived fast!

Let me start off by saying that the design of the product is phenomenal. There is no handcuff holster that looks, feels, and operates like this. I had bought this so that I can pull out/put away my handcuffs with just one hand with ease. I loved it! Until I didn't. There were two primary issues I ran into while using them long-term (going on 7 months now):1) The two flaps (that hold the handcuffs; not the securing-locking mechanism flaps where you push-pull down) broke. Cheap plastic will do that to you. Now with the two flaps broken, it is annoying to pull out/put away my handcuffs because my handcuffs would be getting caught by the jagged ends of the ripped plastic, therefore not functional anymore.2) The belt clip does not clip onto my 2.5" ranger duty belt flush. Its rather a tight fit and it only fits in perfectly if I manually make it fit by pushing the ends of my belt into the clip. If I don't do this, the holster just keeps falling off while on duty. It had fell off a couple times while I was running. Big no no.In short, this holster is now in my trash bin (sadly). The company should definitely invest in a better plastic material/blend or replace the mentioned plastic flaps with metal instead for more durability. As for the belt clip not fitting flush on duty belts, that can just be fixed more easily. Honestly at this point, this is more of a tactical-cool item than it is practical. Like i had said in the beginning, I really loved this holster, until it gave out on me when I needed it to perform. This product has great potential though since there isn't one like this in the market!

I have had this product (orpaz handcuff holster) for almost 2 weeks. Today, while removing my duty belt, the assembly fell from only waste high level with the handcuffs holstered/attached which should’ve provided some protection as the handcuffs covered the portion that broke and the holster still cracked on contact (10 o’clock to 1 o’clock range). With handcuffs never coming in contact with the ground, this product is plastic and was simply destroyed by the vibration. I Definitely would not recommend this product.

This should work for any type of handcuff. Extremely easy access, just grab and pull without needing to mess with a button or latch.

Needed this so I wasent constantly putting on and taking off two different cases everyday.Works great and love the look.I usually have to synch my cuffs in tight to ensure one doesn't come off the case and I practiced removing them and found that it's not super easy just to pull them off but luckily most of us aren't cuffing everyday anymore so it's not a big deal. We have go west them for protocol. However, if I was using my cuffs often then I would go with a brand that had retention lever release which my outer carrier has.For suit or undercover use, it works great!
