It’s very helpful for me, it helped me sleep at night and I stoped grinding my teeth, I become more calm during the day, but I was ant sleep I still had energy.

Noticeable lowering of cortisol/stress levels, just feeling way more chilled since I’ve been taking it - have been sleeping through the night until until around 4.30am, after which no problem getting back to sleep until 7am. Really works!
