Worked well on white cabinet
These are like hard crayons. I used the white one to fill a chip on a solid white melamine-type cabinet door. The chip was uneven but probably the diameter of a match stick. The key is to remove any loose or damaged material before you fill it, which is sort of scary because it may mean making the chip bigger. It worked well to camouflage the imperfection. However, if you know where the chip is you can still see it if you look hard enough. But I am still very happy with the result.I tried using one of the darker fillers on a 6"+ crack in an oak dresser and the results weren't as good. Most real wood furniture has fluctuations in color whereas the fillers are a solid color. I wasn't able to match the color of the real wood even by mixing/applying different colors from the pack. IMO the dresser looks better with the unfilled crack. I was able to remove the filler with a damp microfiber cloth and some elbow grease. I removed it right away when I saw the color wasn't going to match, but I don't know how easy or difficult it would be to remove when the filler sits/sets a while.I bought these mainly to repair the white cabinet so I am very happy. These were the cheapest/most affordable wood fillers I found. I started with these and if they didn't work was going to try others. But there's no need. These did the trick.

Worked well on Pottery Barn furniture
The set comes with white, black, and three shades of brown.I really bought this for the dark brown stick to fix my Pottery Barn bedroom furniture, whose color is really hard to match. The dark brown is a tad on the darker side but worked good with the deep gouge and surface scratches on the wood. It covered the lighter spots on the edge of my dresser that I haven’t been able to hide with markers or Minwax pencils. The only downside is that the package came so torn up. Thankfully the crayons were just fine.

Bought for our lvp
Didn’t really fill in our scratches as I had hoped. I bet it works better on real wood floors and laminate.

Fixed small holes like magic
Easy to use and did what I needed. It took a bit of pressure to really get the wax to fill in the spot I was working on. We had some small holes in the floor from heavy furniture and I was able to get them almost invisible! I only wish this kit came with more shades, we have lighter grayish laminate floor, but I was able to work the white in to follow the wood pattern so you can’t really see it unless you know where to look up close. Perfect to have on hand for any other mishaps we might have! Took me. Minute when I was done to find the holes I filled.

Dry.
I used this wood markers brand before and they were great, so I ordered them again but it took me more than 35 days to get to my project. The markers were completely dry when I opened the package and I couldn’t send them back.

Works a little magic covering scratches
Excellent. I had a long scratch on a light-colored hardwood desk that reflected light. Used 2 of the sticks to cover it by applying the wax several times, rubbing the wax into the surface, then wiping off the small amount of excess with a paper towel. Now it's not noticeable. Highly recommend!
