Brand new orange and black candy corn cat collar. Adjustable from 6-11 inches with detachable pumpkin bell. Our collars are made with cotton for lightweight comfort, and less neck irritation while maintaining durability. The buckles are safety buckles. They release easily when pulled on. They also can be released by pushing in the side clasps. If the cat collar catches on something, the cat's struggling action will cause the buckle to open, freeing the cat. They should not be used with leashes. They release at approximately 2 kg (4.5 lbs)of tension. The pumpkin is a bell and a bit louder then normal cat collar bells. We believe this is part of the novelty. We do include a regular silver bell.
