They do the job well. You have to wear them with a bra that is a little thicker and supportive so the lines from the inserts don't show through and to make sure the bra doesn't let them escape. They can be a little uncomfortable at first but eventually I do not remember they are there. I haven't tried them dancing yet... I am not sure how sweat would do with these. I do have to say... my worst fear is that I will be walking along and an insert will drop through the bottom of my shirt! But they do the job of a push up bra so you don't have to pay another $60 when this has the same effect!
