Worth it.
Simple installation and good volume.

Good value but difficult to install
The housing is not designed well for mounting. The screws that hold it together are in the back, and there is almost no way to use screws to attach it to a wall or ceiling. It has a small "hanger hole" on the back and I've had to use that along with silicone adhesive to get it securely mounted. Difficult to install.

It works, but not as loud as advertised
It does it's function of being a ding-dong 12v bell, but I measured only 78db with the mic right next to it .. a far cry from the advertised 90db.
