Good quality and easy cleaning
I have a pair of 9" tongs with silicone covered tips. I found them to be rather cumbersome to use because of the silicone tips. This set is for basic stainless steels tongs without bells and whistle. I find these much more useful because they are easy to use and easy to clean. The tips are wide and grippy. The tension for the 2 short ones are tight, too tight as a matter of fact. My hands get tired from squeezing them. The 2 longer ones have better tension, not as tiring to use. It's probably the length. These tongs are made with decent stainless steel, thicker than the cheap basic tongs. Tongs are very useful in the kitchen. If you like cooking and/or grilling, you'd like using these tongs.

FINALLY!!! Tongs where you don't have to worry about hinges breaking!! I love them. After placing many orders and buying the ones with hinges that break within short time, I was finally able to find some without it. I no longer have to waste money and deal with the frustration of broken springs and pins. The clasp won't fall off with these and it keeps them closed for storage purposes. I am very pleased!!
