Golf Swing Trainer

If you've never had a lesson before and struggle with power and consistency, this is overwhelmingly probably for you.Now once you understand the one thing it teaches you it becomes worthless, but it's cheaper than a golf lesson.Or I could just tell you to get a mirror and search youtube for how to create width in your swing.

Excellent swing trainer, but it is a little pricey for a piece of plastic/velcro.

Easy to use— could come with an info sheet on how to use!

I got this for my Dad and have tried it out myself. It's a bit awkward to use and it doesn't keep your swing plane in check, but when combined with the Swingyde it makes for a great pair. The only drawback is you look like a freak with all those contraptions hooked up. If you use it correctly you will notice it does help limit over swinging a bit. Don't use it in such a way that it stops your arm from over bending. You want to train yourself to stop your swing before it hits the brace, otherwise you just get used to the brace doing all the work.

Over the past several years, have had a big problem with overswinging (way past parallel), especially towards the end of a round of golf. With this golf trainer, it's impossible to overswing, and allows me to make much better contact with the ball. If you'll commit to using this device at the driving range (will take several weeks), it will help reduce or eliminate your overswinging problem.

Absolutely worthless!! Don't even think about it. My swing actually got worse after use. I did even bother returning -- just threw it in the trash.

This is a good tool to let me know when my backswing is well below the proper swing plane, that my swing is too flat. When my swing is too flat, this device makes it difficult to fold my lower arm against the upper arm. Then I know that the backswing is too flat. When that happens, it 's time to abandon that backswing and start the entire swing over instead of trying to continue into the downswing and try to recover from a poor position. There are 2 reasons why I didn't give this 5 stars. First, I wish it was a little larger, and 2nd, it slides around on my upper arm too much.
