Pretty initially but after about a month, sun distress and flowers full of algae

They fade
These were really beautiful when I got them, however after about a week in the sun floating in the pool, the purple started to fade so that now they are almost completely white.

I put these in the pool when it was too cold to go in the water. They looked so beautiful floating around the pool. The size was perfect. I had to take them out though because the sun was fading the color after a few days.
