Added beauty and function to our patio
The media could not be loaded. Our plans were for a regular patio cover.Way too expensive so my son suggested getting this and we love it so much we may keep it longer than planned. As you can see there is areas of full sunlight between the covers and it changes depending on where the sun is at during the day.We added a few umbrellas where we wanted more coverage. Yet we love the extra areas of filter through the covers and direct light because all my plants are loving it.Our friend very kindly put them up for us and the only hard thing about our process was digging the hole deep enough to put cement where the poles will be. We needed extra care because we get a real rush of wind around 3-5 in the afternoon.Wasn’t sure how these new covers would last if the wind would cause them to flap around but they stay pretty stable and move gracefully. We are also very pleased how much cooler the cover area are compared to the full sunlight. That was much needed during summer where it can reach 110 degrees at times. We do love how this turned out for our yard.

Perfect patio accessory
The sun screen us great for sun protection on my patio. And it's chic in appearance so compliant with apartment rules. The fabric is durable and quality is sturdy while the color is neutral. It was easy to install however had to be clever on an apartment patio where hardware could not be installed.

Edited Review
The sun shade sail we purchased was defective and started coming apart after less than 2-1/2 months in use. Unfortunately, our email to customer service of the company itself, Garden Experts, never made its way to the company. Attempts to access more reliable company contact information through Amazon resulted in approximately 8 phone calls with Amazon reps at various locations throughout the world. Amazon gave us contact phone numbers that went nowhere and sent us to companies that didn't even make the product! Finally, we were able to speak to an Amazon rep with a brain who directed us to the correct company. Although we had to jump through hoops to prove that we had purchased their product, Garden Experts eventually warrantied the shade sail and are shipping a new one to us. Fingers crossed that delivery happens without any issues!

Great product
This has exceed our expectations. So easy to install and put up and down ( heavy rain and wind). It keeps the sun off the deck and house. The fabric is wonderful. When you drive by or pull up to the house it looks elegant. This is definitely something to consider if you don't want an umbrella especially for carrying up and down stairs for a deck.

A bit disappointed, but it works.
I couldn't decide between 2-3 stars. It's hung up and was a bit of a pain so I'm not going to take it down to return.First, the positives. It does what it's supposed to do - create shade. I purchased the additional hardware (which I would recommend doing), but this came with some short pieces of nylon rope which also came in handy. Now my complaints. The first being that it didn't measure up. The useful area is more like 14' x 17' so if you're hoping to shade any bigger than that you'll be disappointed. I believe the measurements they provide are useful for how big an area you need to hang it. My second complaint (and this could become an issue later as it's exposed to the elements) is that the "fabric" appears to be nothing more than woven tarp, and the D rings on the corners actually caused deep imprinted cuts on the material where it was folded and packaged. See photo, hopefully you can see the tears. I suspect that over time, it will fray, like most plastic tarps do.

Works well!
I use this over a wide span, I’m happy with it. It’s been up for 2 1/2 years. The problem I have is it doesn’t allow water to go through, which seems to be good until it rains very hard. I had to actually snip a hole in the middle of it. It did work, the hole did not get any bigger.
