Avoid at all costs
The information in this booklet is badly organised, the writing style is poor and the author committed the sin of using Wikipedia as a reference - when any decent dictionary would have done. Do not waste your money on this book - you can get the information online and anything by Ann Gravell is infinitely superior.

Do not buy this book
I am currently working on my IQA award and bought this book to broaden my reading. It was such a disappointment! It is a very slim volume indeed, so definitely not worth the £9.95 that I paid for it. However, the worst aspect of it is that the quality of the writing is far below the level required to pass the qualification. The suggested answers are incoherent and lacking in detail. If I used the information in this book to complete my assignments, I would fail them all. There are much better books available - those by Ann Gravells and Karen Pontin.

Not comprensive
This was recommended to me for taking the IQA qualification, but I found that it wasn't comprehensive enough for my liking, and did not meet my expectations

Poor presentation
I think it contains some good knowledge but it has bad grammar and is very repetitive. Not a very professional presentation.
