I would highly recommend this cup based on customer service alone. I ordered this cup about a month ago. It’s a beautiful sleek design. It feels really solid. Unfortunately I believe mine may have been defected bc the water tasted like chlorine. I contacted the seller and they responded within 20 minutes. According to the seller the taste of the water should not change. I explained to them also that I was breastfeeding and my son would spit up after I would drink it. They told me they would replace the cup but recommended that I wait until after I was done breastfeeding before considering using the cup again. I will be receiving a refund but will definitely order again when my son stops breastfeeding. Like I said earlier customer service it what sells the cup. Any brand of H2 cups have issues, my mother in law has went through 3 within a year, it’s important to have a seller who is responsive and willing to help with issues.

The smart bottle is very helpful in developing good drinking habit and positive life attitude, could always remind me drinking more water. It also has a appropriate fashional design, is a good aid of you when at home, at work, or go out for traveling. And don't need to charge it frequently, because the battery really lasts long! Could recommend to friends who want to have a healthy and high quality life~

I've been using this smart water bottle for about a week now, and it's really amazing how a water bottle can help me live a healthier lifestyle.First off, the bottle has a built-in hydrogen maker that generates rich H2 in the water you drink, which is acting as really a great anti-oxident, and help anti-aging as a result. Moreover, this bottle has bluetooth capability and connect to the CloudCUP app on my phone, displays the water tempurature, as well as remind me to drink the preset quota of drinking per day. This is really awesome because I sometimes was too busy with work and with this bottle, I never have to worry about not drinking enough water.Absolutely in love with this smart bottle and would recommend to anyone that wants to live a healthier life!

I love the CloudCUP! It was wrapped nicely in a fancy box and has a timeless look with innovative design.I especially like the idea that it could be connected to my iPhone via the 'CloudCUP' APP, which accurately measures how much water I drink. It actually helps me drink more water now instead of thinking about other beverages. Didn’t see this coming at all!Look forward to seeing more magics from the CloudCUP !

I just love this smart bottle. Ive been drinking so much water due to its reminders. As far as how i feel or if is working is still too early to tell...

I love this. Works like it says... however.. I wish I could use oz. Instead of ml. The app is pretty user friendly... but could be improved. But works. :)
