They are definitely true to size so order your usual size. I’m usually a medium and I sized down to a small to get maximum compression and they were challenging to get on but it’s exactly the fit I wanted.

My hands (and apparently arms) tend to swell when I hike mountainous terrain. I'm not sure what causes it, but my hands get very uncomfortable and my fingers get less usable. I thought I'd try these compression sleeves. They work. I still get some slight swelling (that I'm aware of, but not bothered by), but with these sleeves it goes away within minutes of stopping/sitting (would take much longer before). They are easily "picked" as other reviewers mention, and I'm not sure how long they'll keep their tightness (could be tighter at the wrist for me, but not anywhere else), but I'll definitely buy compression sleeves again when they do. They are definitely warmer than no sleeves, but as I learned last week (25*F and still) quite breathable and NOT as warm as shirt sleeves (brrr).

I received my compression arm sleeves in one week after ordered. The package has a notice that said that if there was something wrong contact them before making a rating in Amazon. The problem is there's no telephone, e-mail or something to contact printed in the package. So, there is my experience with the Keking compression sleeves. First thing I do when buying clothes, it's to wash them immediately before using. Followed the package instructions for cold water and handwash only. The sleeves were pitch black before washing, after that they become greyish charcoal black. The soaped water got black. Dried them out of direct sun light. Next day I tried them on, good fit, correct compression, only noticed one sleeve has a worn point in the cloth but, overall, there was no other problem with the product. If you want a compression sleeve for medical reason and not a fashionable item, the product fits well. Only time can tell me how much it can be used before disposal.

Provided adequate compression and helped with my elbow pain. Was disappointed with the fraying of the material however with only a couple of uses. Cosmetic issues aside, it does what it is supposed to and assisted me with working out.

I picked these up for work to protect my arms. I started at a same day fulfillment center and acquired lots of bruises to my arms with all the new work I was handling. These have been a great addition to my working attire and I have kept my arms protected since I received them. I love my new job and these help me feel protected and bruise free. They stay in place very well, wash well, and have survived work. They will also come in handy to protect my skin while hiking, surviving the TX sun, and working some construction on a new residence. Thank you previous reviewers as you helped me make my informed purchase.

I unfortunately have lymphoedema in both arms and all over my body. These sleeves were the first I found that fit and were very comfortable even when I swell I don't get the marks or lines best of all I do not get that uncomfortable itching feeling. I have such bad lymphodema I actually have one arm that is way bigger then the other. So I really need to get two sets one in 2x and one in 3x. The right side rolls down a little so I know it is slightly larger. That being said I am very very happy that these are so extremely comfortable as well as helping my swelling. I hope that they have some skin tone colors made in this exact type. They don't need to change a thing. I also wish maybe the could also make these to cover your hands as well then I would be so very ecstatic. I am already over the moon. 😂 Look at me so happy about a medical grade arm sleeve. What has my life become. I am so lame.

Las mangas de compresión, me han sido de mu ha utilidad para mitigar el dolor de la tendinitis que me aqueja actualmente.

Estas mangas las adquirí para aliviar mi brazo de las molestias de una neuritis y un desgarre del tendón del bíceps; resultan adecuadas aunque dependiendo del grosor de tú musculatura deberás escoger la talla adecuada; en mi caso seleccione la mediana y me quedo bien, aunque siento que a la altura del bíceps se me desliza hacia abajo después de usarla por un rato y por ser de compresión resulta difícil de subir ya que requieres ayuda para ello.
