Had a ramp that was very steep and wasn’t working for my 10 year old baby. She has kidney, allergy issues, then had a torn ligament. The wooden ramp was unsightly because we had to add a cushion to make it easier to come up. It’s easier and softer on her paws, has pododermatitis easy to move around and my 4 year old fur baby loves it also, he runs up fast but it doesn’t move or tip and he is fast! Glad we purchased, would love to get a replacement cover whe the other is being washed.

We purchased the stairs so that our Dachshund could get up and down off of the bed and couch easily to prevent back issues. She took to the stairs immediately and love them. They are just perfect for her! However, we are disappointed to see that after paying $76 for the stairs, the covering (white) came stained. The stain stands out so much! We reached out to customer service to see if we could get a new covering but was told we could not. We would have to send everything back in order for them to send out a replacement. We live overseas and it can take 2-4 weeks before we receive our items. In addition, our dog enjoys using the stairs so much now (literally up and down them since we set up the stairs) that it's not worth it to send everything back when the stairs themselves are perfectly fine. It'd cost the company less to just send a replacement covering, but it seems like that's too much for them to do. I'll just have to deal with the stain I guess, which is disappointing.

Perfect ramp for our 27 lb Frenchie who just got diagnosed with a back injury. I wish we would have thought about these before he got hurt. Very sturdy & portable. To make it easier, I put the cover on as soon as I removed it from the plastic and let form completely. We taught him how to use it by putting a veggie treat at the top and then put a treat at the bottom a few times. I love it so much that I plan on putting them throughout the house for convenience and safety for our love bug, but they are super easy to move around if you want to just have one and change locations. We have blue and gray so far but I’m planning on getting the tan one too.

I like that these steps are gradual and more ramp-like vs step ups. I find that the cover doesn't fit that well--kind of baggy. I have had it for several days and thought it would have expanded fully to fill the cover by now. Will have to see how this holds up over time.

My dog and I absolutely love this Topmart 3 tiered Ramp/steps combo! The ramp-steps are so much easier for my elderly dog to use than traditional 'step' shaped steps which previously she had been struggling to use. I have a 13 year old little 6 llb. Maltese girl who we adopted last year. She has a back problem & knee problem. But now she can easily get up and down from our 15.5" inch high Danish modern style sofa all by herself with ease using her beautiful ramp/steps. I got the lightest color to make it easier for her to see it because her vision isn't so sharp at night. In the beginning I had a problem with white cover at first. I searched and found a way to contact Topmart itself through Amazon, and Topmart responded right away & they put a new cover in the mail to me, I received the cover and it's perfect. Thank You!

This company is the best, I love the product for our little dog. We had wanted a different color.. I asked them about changing the color to Grey, they sent a grey cover no problems, without me returning the whole thing.Great company and highly recommend their products!

I ordered these steps because my 10 pound dog has developed neck and back problems.Not allowed to jump anymore he needs these.He always liked to just off the couch and chair like he was playing playing king of the mountain.He's on meds that relax his muscles and another for pain.So for now he goes up the steps and down only if we bribe him.I suggest if you want to get steps for your pet for any reason start and continue training him to go up and down until he does it out of habit.Materials are sturdy and steps are good quality. Please read the description before buying this so you will know what to expect when you unbox these steps. Please read directions also.When you get the steps out of the box they will have had the air sucked out they will not resemble anything like what you ordered. They do this to make shipping easier otherwise you would receive a large box. Let the steps expand fully for at the very least 24 hours then put the cover on.You also get your choice of color on the cover. I would suggest to get the color that matches your pet's color because it will show fur. To remove that shedded fur use a sticky ling roller. This cover is machine washable. I have not did that yet. It zips on 3 sizes making it easy to get off and on. The bottom of the cover has non-skid (or slip) paw prints. I tried with my dog on it. If your pet is light weight it will slid even with a push of your foot. The heavier the dog the less it slips.Before zipping the cover closed trim off the loose strings off from the zipper edges. (The strings are normal for many things with a zipper).You need to make adjustments to the cover.I believe this product will last a long time provided it is not abused by pets or people.I would buy other products this company makes and from this sit. I would recommend this product to anyone that asks.I think the price is fair.
