Excellent great looking GMT watch
Excellent watch I appreciate the quality, simplicity of operation. Very accurate. I often check it against my Casio G-Shock and it's always the same time as my Casio. Amazing quality, accuracy and functionality for the price. Mahalo to Seiko

Love this watch!
I just started getting into watches. I chose this watch because it's fashionable and looks great. I have a 6.5-inch wrist and it fits perfectly because the lug-to-lug distance is only 46mm. I didn't like the fact that it doesn't come with a sapphire crystal so I changed it to one with out a magnifying window. The mod was easy and I recommend doing this if you want it to be scratch-proof. The bracelet is also decent and it's not something you need to replace unless you want to use a strap. This is a great watch and I'm looking forward to building a watch from scratch thanks to Seiko.

Pretty good Callers GMT!
It’s not a travelers GMT for sure but it’s a really good Callers GMT for those who have clients in different time zones. It’s capable of keep track of three time zones as you have the 24 hour marks on the chapter ring as the bezel is bi-directional and friction fitted. Overall, love the build quality and its “higher than price” looks and I understand that at this price near $500, it should have a sapphire crystal but the Seiko Hardlex is really good and is rated just under sapphire in terms of scratch resistance but is more shatter proof. Bracelet is decent with solid endlinks and decent amount of micro adjustments. The clasp on the other hand is jangly and can get annoying but honestly, it doesn’t bother me too much. If that is a big issue for you, I’d suggest getting an aftermarket bracelet. It’s wearability is the same as the SKX and is better in terms of other features (besides the screw in crown and divers rating on the SKX - big no no if you actually wanna use it for diving but is perfectly fine for majority of the population). If you’re in need of a Callers GMT or just starting out your watch collection, highly recommend this watch!

Very impressive watch
I have a Omega Planet Ocean GMT, a Tudor Black Bay GMT and a Rolex GMT. So far this Seiko is the most comfortable to wear, very legible and more accurate then the Tudor Black Bay. Still comparing it to the Omega which is phenomenal in its accuracy but a big heavy watch. Biggest difference is the Seiko lacks the "quick set" hour hand which is very handy for international travel as I use the GMT had as reference time and use the outer 24 ring as the "quick set" to offset GMT to a 3rd time zone. On the Seiko have to set the hour hand then go back and re-adjust the GMT hand. The Rolex is at this point just a waste of money that OK, gives you the prestige but I have so far had the 24 hour ceramic ring, a) fall out completely and then when replaced, b) develop a crack and Rolex and the watch shops just shrug and say well for another $500 we will sell you yet another ring....Money ahead to trade in the Rolex, invest the money and purchase this Seiko...!! Other realistic item to consider is with a Seiko on your wrist you are not a target for thieves and if it breaks, fails, gets lost or stolen, just buy another. Good luck doing that with a Rolex...!!. Rolex have done an excellent job of making their product Veblen good (look it up) whereas with this Seiko product you get incredible value for money that does everything the Rolex does except for the hour hand quick set function. So it takes me 30 seconds longer to adjust my watch when crossing time zones but for a difference in price of around 3,000% between the Rolex and 1,100% to the Tudor Black Bay that is way less accurate then the Seiko, take this Seiko. If you want all of the features of the Rolex GMT, go for the Seiko Spring Drive GMT. More accurate and 1/2 the price.
