Great for gift giving

I bought these as a groomsmen gift for my wedding, and they were a hit! A few words of warning: 1. This is made out of horn, and there's a reason why most cups aren't made out of horn these days: it doesn't taste pleasant. 2. Don't expect it to be much different from a plastic cup, because it is a plastic cup, horn is a natural polymer not much different from the polystyrene or polypropylene most plastic cups are made of. (So if it feels like plastic, it should, horn is plastic). 3. I purchased 7 of these, and of the seven 3 had leaks, the leaks were easy to deal with superglue, but leak test them before using them. 4. They are not uniformly shaped, I ordered one first to test it, and it was rather small. Then I ordered the other six, and half of them were twice the size. One of them had a handle that was difficult to use because of close it was to the cup, while others were artfully shaped. (This is another reason horn isn't common today, it is very difficult to standardize). All in all, they serve their purpose perfectly!

I bought this awhile ago as a gift. It looks good but at this point it’s a waiting game for it to break. After about a month with it (minimal washing. Never in anything other than cold water) we noticed a lot of light coming thru the bottom seam. And at this point months later that part is nothing but the coating.Also it’s very jagged in places it could have been sanded and sealed better.But my boyfriend does love it regardless and uses it all the time.Update. Two days after posting this originally it totally broke

It has a funky smell when you first get it but after a few days, the smell goes away. Looks amazing. My only complaint would be that the lip is a bit too thick in some places making it not too comfortable to drink from a few places.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he has loved it until last night when he noticed his beer was leaking out the bottom. We have followed directions on the care and washing so not sure why this happened. And now our return time has expired.

Ordered three total. One for me and two for friends. So far 2 of the 3 have started leaking after about a month of use. I plan to fix with some resin but is disappointing. Got 3 stars because it's still the coolest drinking utensil I've ever seen. If I order more I'll probably try a different brand.
