I can't connect to my camera at begininng ,but I get help from customer support .I will share my connecting experience here for your guys.If can't connect via Wifi,you can try from wired cable to connect to your camera and router,it's easier to connect by internet cable.If you can't connect by Wifi or RJ45 wire Ethernet,maybe it's problem from DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)function,the ip camera gets an IP address via DHCP, if your router closed DHCP, it can't connect to the internet.You can check the camera connection status through the indicator light of the camera, if it is green, the camera has been connected to the network, if it is red, the connection is not successful.

This security camera is a amazing pet watching camera. It has all of the features I was looking for to peek at my dog while I'm not home. The image quality is super clear, voice talking is super great, I can talk with my dog from app in my phone ,sometimes my dog is naught at home by itself , but he become quiet once heard my voice from the camera,lol , so interesting. The installation is as easy too. I highly recommend this camera for anyone looking for a high-quality camera at a price you can afford.

I have had 6 of these cameras for about 8 months. The good: great picture and the zoom function is good. Easy to move the view up/down/sideways. Pretty easy to set up. The bad: you can't pay for recording. There is a function to pay for 30 day recording playback of the last 7 days. 30 days of cloud storage recording is $3, a year is $29 per camera. You have to purchase the storage via the camera app. It has only let me purchase storage one time on one of the cameras. Some cameras let me buy the storage via PayPal and then don't record. The recording/playback/storage function is useless. You can't connect them to cloud storage on some of the other wifi camera camera storage sites. If you don't need recording and playback only live view this would be a good choice at a cheap price.

To download the recording you must always have to format the SD card which is pointless because it then erases all of the contents on the SD card. You can download and pay for a service that will allow you to pull the contents off the SD card without having to format but it would have been nice if that was explained before the purchase. I would recommend going with a cloud product. If I am doing something wrong and/or if there is an easier way of doing this please let me know.

I think this is our 4th purchase, so I'd say we're happy! lol . We have one in the basement, one in the frontroom, one on the patio and one in the garage! ll on our phones! Easy to set up and the quality on the phone is colorful and clear. VERY happy with purchase and I'm sure you will be as well!!

I love this camera, the image is very very clear on daytime and at night! The audio intercom quality is also very clear! I ever used 720P camera, but I don't buy 720P camera later!The cameras exactly easy to use, I only spent 5 minutes to download APP and connet the camera to cellphone, I have one wifi router, I first connect the cable to router, after seconds, the camera network indicator is yellow, then I use APP to scan QR code to add the device, the video immediately display on my cellphone. I can move finger to control the camera up/down/left/right movingBut I don't want to use cable, so open APP setting menu to enable WiFi and input my WiFi router username and password. Sometime my wifi is not stable, so I advice you use network cable connection.I also used the motion detection alert function, so I can save SD card space.Although the image has some noise at night, but it still is very clear!I must give 5 stars!

I love these!! We got them at first for the kids bedrooms (cheaper than baby monitor) and now have them all over our house for security!! I need them to come back in stock so I can buy more!! Fantastic price for home security and so far has worked excellent!!

Update: I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Replaced the item no questions asked.The camera started to malfunction with increasing frequency after 4 months. We now have to reset it daily and sometimes multiple times a day because of some strobe light malfunction. Started off loving it but it doesn’t hold up
