My husband was excited for this product. He tried using it for the first time flying to New Zealand and ended up hating it.No matter what posistion he tried, it didn’t work for him. I tried it too and quickly decided it wasn’t for me either.We returned it when we got home.

It has a strong plastic smell which I got a headache from.
