Not much to it but it seems to work.
It doesn't look like much or fell like much when I am wearing it. It may be psychological but I think it is helping my bunion by reducing some swelling and reducing some of the pain. I really don't know how it works but it seems to be working.

These are working out really well for my husband. He is much more comfortable since he's been wearing these.

This is such a waste of money
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is such a waste of money. It is just a piece of fabric that is completely ineffective and doesn't do anything. Now I'm out $40. You're better off to buy a piece of cloth and wrap it around your toe yourself.
