This urn came very well packaged so that there was no chance of it being damaged during shipping. I received it pretty quickly. The urn seems to be in perfect condition, I really like the mahogany color. I don't see any blemishes or really anything wrong with it. It is well made and solid. I am happy I purchased this beautiful urn for my loved one.

I bought this for my father's funeral. The plastic box from the mortuary fit perfectly inside. I didn't have to deal with transferring his ashes. My father is a Veteran and is being interned at a Veterans Cemetery. This box fits easily in the niche described by the Veterans Cemetery. My mom will be interned with him when she passes and there is more than enough room for a similar sized box for her. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the box and it is also very beautiful. The price was much lower than other boxes that I looked at. I wish I could have had his information engraved into the box. But I just bought a plaque to go on it. I also bough a tile with one of his favorite characters from Ancient Indian mythology that I will be affixing to the front with the plaque. I think he will appreciate this send off.

Good quality urn. Better than I was expecting.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this solid walnut urn. My grandfather was a wonderful man. A cowboy type, who loved natural woods, made in the USA and all things simple. We added a inscribed plaque to the top which finished it off just perfect. The crematory put the ashes in the urn for us, so I can't comment on the ease of that process. I just know you will not be sorry if your order this urn. It is the perfect piece to send off our grandfather to his final resting place. The price was more than fair for such a beautiful piece.

I was very pleased with the fine wood craftmanship, but was disappointed to find it ever so slightly small for the box of my father's remains. It's an emotional time to have to go back and start looking from scratch for the right size box. One of the challenges of dealing with a funeral home and another manufacturer of urns.
