The product was broken after the first time that I used

I have a small head. These did not fit around my head and sit in my ears...because i have hair. My husband (no hair) was able to wear them. I tried putting them on differently, but they just did not sit in my ears. They are exactly as pictured, but there is some weight to them, so if they can't seat correctly in your ears, they just fall out. I tried the bluetooth mic, and my voice was very faint on the phone, but i don't know if it is the fault of the mic or the way I had to wear them. I don't see any way I could wear these swimming, but they may work for someone else. I didn't try them in water, so I can't say whether or not they live up to the waterproof promise.
