Sturdiwheat All Natural Hot Cereal, Original, 22 Ounce (Pack of 4)

It’s good. Easy to cook in the microwave. I like the consistency. Like cream of wheat.

Very obviously chopped on grain-processing equipment shared with corn.

In a world where everyone seems to be shying away from grains, it's nice to find high quality, healthy, old fashioned products still available. Sturdiwheat grains are all sourced within 100 mikes of Red Wing, MN and a serving of the hot cereal has as much protein as steak. My family loves this for breakfast.

We eat this cereal at least three times a week. Very tasty and because of the soy grits also long lasting. I was missing this cereal when we moved from the midwest and was thrilled to realize it was available through Amazon. Extra glass jars last nicely in the freezer. Four is not too much.

This hot breakfast cereal cooks up in the microwave or on the stove. Add butter or milk, cinnamon or brown sugar, to taste. You can't get more natural than this.

Mmmmm! Can't get this locally, so I had to get it through Amazon. Delicious and high in protein.

Go to any grocery store and peruse the cereal aisles. What do you notice? There's an unFlavored Oatmeal but Wheat-meal is flavored Maple/Brown Sugar and Apple/Cinnamon. And all they have are boxes that allow the contents to get dry, stale, and allow flies and moths to lay eggs ... uggh.I'm a simple person with simple tastes, but I still don't like maggots crawling in my oatmeal and wheatmeal or picking them out with a spoon. Hurrah for Sturdiwheat. Oh, they got the many flavors the other have, but no maggots and moths.So, the few weeks between bowls of wheatmeal doesn't subtract from the flavor. I stay happy.
