Q: are these tubes leak proof when filled with liquids?

They're screw cap and pretty leak proof. I used them to collect 50 water samples locally, kept them in ziplocs with their respective collection survey, and nothing spilled.

Q: How accurate is the graduation of these tubes?

Maybe the supplier has specs, but I suspect the precision is one of several more appropriate questions. It's not advertised as measuring liquids for quantitative analysis, just "solid, powder, seeds, pills, granular objects" but the volume is given to 1/10th of a milliliter. Being precise about the volume of a seed seems like an oxymoron, whereas powders are not. It will be interesting what answers you get!

Q: Is the tube and cap pp5? I'm wondering if both can withstand an autoclave.

The description states the blue cap is HDPE and not PP. HDPE will not withstand the heat in an autoclave.
