Check inside first...
My daughter loves this lunch bag... because it is beautiful and strong and it folds down very nicely so that she doesn't have to carry a bulky lunch box through the rest of her school day. We did, however, order the bag twice. When the first one arrived we took one glance at the beige bag in the plastic bag labelled "pink" and assumed that a mistake had been made. So we returned it and ordered a new one. The second one also appeared to be beige in a mislabelled plastic bag. This time we were able to figure out how to send an email to the seller and quickly received a gracious response: "The quality of our lunch bags is very important to us, so we start with having nice presentation. We package each lunch bag in an individually wrapped beige cotton bag with our logo on it. The actual lunch bag is inside this cotton bag. I encourage you to open the packaging completely to find the pink lunch bag inside. The outer bag can be used along with your lunch bag to keep vegetables, fruit, or a sandwich in."And there it was. And my daughter was very happy. And we reminded ourselves to slow down and take a few more breaths at the end of a busy day.

Like the lunches I used to take to school but a million times more durable and classy. Got my chocolate colored one and will be back soon for the pink.
