Its green
I love green hair dye. I always go back to green. This green is super cute. It started as a cool mossy green like the picture and now after a few weeks its started fading into a cool neon like green. It fades nicely amd if you know funky colors you know that's important. My hair felt nice after the application. I do bleach my hair before I use any fun colors. So it was a very light color to start out with.

Smells good!
Great color for my copper girls, I use this with conditioner to refresh my color in between washes and it works great! Smells so good!!

It dyes your hair.
I've been using this dye for a few years now. I've never tried anything else, so I really have nothing to compare it to in terms of what lasts longer and what has the best color.I have darker brown hair half way down my back. The lightener kit helps out a lot to make the color more vivid, use that every other dye. Sister uses a bottle and a half of the dye on me.This dye has a couple different batches. One of them is a darker purple, which fades into a blue color with each wash. Another one (the newer batch) is more of a brighter pinkish purple, which fades to a more pinker hair...So really, it's only purple for as long as you can withstand not washing your hair. Maybe still a bit purple after the first couple washes.Honestly thought, I kind of like the fading and sporadic color spreadout when I do wash...it's pretty neat, I dunno if it's just me or what but I've been told it's mermaidish? My Sister says she doesn't know why it happens like that.I dunno how easy this is so use, I probably couldn't do it myself, but I guess I could learn, it would probably be a total MESS though...My Sister dyes my hair for me, and it's a pretty painful experience, so I probably should learn to do it myself...but like I said, trying to get all that dye dispersed throughout all my hair and then washing it out in the sink would probably be a messy disaster for me to take on by myself, no way you want to do that in the shower, it's gonna stain...So anyways I like it...it's kind of a pricey thing to get into, but I've been having my hair dyed with it every couple months for the past 2 years. Once you start you don't wanna stop.

Dried, damaged hair and no color deposit
I don't generally write reviews, but I think this is worth sharing. I used this product as instructed on bleached blonde hair, and it felt more like a clay mask than hair dye. After waiting the recommended time, I rinsed it out with water. It was sudsy, almost like soap, as I rinsed it. After rinsing and drying, there was almost no color deposit in my hair. If anything, it looked like I used purple conditioner and left it in a little too long. The result also left my hair feeling dry and brittle, and after months my hair texture is still more damaged than when I started. The faint tint of purple (not distinguishable from a natural hair color shade) that was there after "dyeing" faded completely in about 4 washes. Not only does this not dye your hair, but it damages it and dries it out too. Terrible.

Will stain everything
Color is very pretty but get ready for all the stains. This color will rub off on your hands, pillow, and clothes. Product smells nice and is a good cream texture which makes it easy to apply. As always, if you want a true vibrant color, make sure hair is as pale as possible. If hair is yellow, expect teal to be the fading color

Vivid and bright
This is the best hair dye I've ever used. The green is perfection and it fades beautifully over time

Pretty, but not as pictured and faded fast
I've had my eye on Du Hast for ages and finally tried it out. In the photo this color is a stunning reddish orange coppery shade, although they describe it as "rose gold". It's definitely not rose gold. On me - and I was putting this on level 8/9 mostly blonde hair with a tinge of faded peach underneath - it came out pumpkin color. It was actually very pretty, although it looked faded right after application. Just not what I was expecting. It was lighter than pictured and more orange. That was ok, it was still pretty, but after two washes it was pastel peach - just came right out. This formula is very thick, and it's in a tube with a small opening - made it VERY hard to get out of the tube. The other thing that I found odd was the color of the dye itself. Usually with semi permanents, the color of the dye is pretty much what color your hair will be. This dye was brownish with a tiny pink undertone, but created a pale orange on my hair. That's not a complaint, but if you're planning to mix this to get your perfect color, it will be very confusing since this is NOT "what you see is what you get".Overall it's not bad, didn't cause staining issues, didn't smell bad. But for this kind of money I expected a more saturated and bold color, and for it to last more than two washes.
