Good for you…who knows
Price is better than most others. Not sure whether any of these supplements really do much for you. I don’t eat enough vegetables or fruits so I hope they are helping.

They really work!
I walked the Camino De Santiago in Portugal/Spain for 14 days with no physical prep (ie. walked miles with my pack, stretches, etc). I took these a month prior and I was amazed with how I feel after 8 hours of walking the trails everyday. I wasn’t exhausted. With the exception of my feet wanting to get off my hiking shoes I felt exceptionally good. I’m 58 and I’m not a super active person, with the exception of running errands on a daily basis. I believe these fruit and veggies supplements really works. I almost bought the expensive ones that are advertised on Fox constantly, but I’m glad I got these instead! Super happy and I’m going to take them forever…

Appetite reduction
Now I've only tried it 5 times, but it does seem to reduce my appetite, which was what I'm looking for. Oct 2, 2023 I was 306 pounds, they had me on Rybelius, with insurance 35 dollars a month, with exercise and Rybelius i got down to 235 pounds and haven't dropped anymore. So i ask for another prescription of Rybelius, but now they want 412 dollars for a month of Rybelius w/insurance. So far it seems to be cutting the appetite
