Excellent sleep aid/toy, 8 week old pup has taken to it straight away. Quality seems v good, it actually got poo all over it at one point and I wasn’t prepared to hand wash, so shoved it in the machine (after a thorough rinse of solids 😆) at 40 degrees and it came out in perfect nick. A quick shake and it was as good as new after an hour on the radiator. It really does seem to comfort him, he actively seeks it out to cuddle up to, and sleeps for longer periods when he’s against it. Would absolutely recommend :)

This is an excellent choice for a new puppy and the heartbeat sound does work for a new and anxious pup. You need to hold the button down to make it work. It is a large toy and nicely curls round to give your pup a safer feeling. Now my puppy is settled in his new home he uses it as a toy and trust me, this toy is durable, it survives the constant dragging and little teeth biting and pulling.. he has so much fun with it. The slot of the side for the battery pack has strong Velcro but if you’re using it as a toy I’d suggest removing the battery pack and sewing it up to keep it a safe and fun toy, because it took about a week for him to pull it open. It’s easy to keep clean, just pop it in the machine. This has definitely been a great purchase, money well spent and I’d recommend it to anyone.

the puppy toy is great, very soft, but the heartbeat sounded a bit rattly, like there was a loose part inside? maybe defective? i decided to keep it as its quite a soft sound so hopefully puppy likes it!

I put this in my new puppy's crate at bedtime. I also bought some of the warming pads ( not included with this puppy toy). I think it had helped settle her and she is sleeping 6 hours at night. It is good quality, but it is going to be for in the crate only.

Got it out of the packaging, popped the batteries in, placed it in front of the old man and immediately, it was being cuddled!! He's a very old but timid dog, so I'm always looking for things to help him relax. I'm so impressed with the instant result!! And it's so soft!! I recommend for young or old dogs!

My puppy was only 18 weeks old when we lost our other dog, so we had a very sad puppy that had to learn how to settle and sleep on her own. This toy helped with that. The heartbeat feel and sound seemed to work for her. The reason for the 3 stars is the quality isn't great, the stitching fell apart in the first week and I have had to repair it many times since. Also lost a star for being over priced

Purchased this as a Christmas present for a wee dog I was looking after as his owner is now retired so it was to give him comfort as he is use to lying with my own dog. He really likes it and finds it’s a comfort especially when he is in his bed sleeping during the day.

Genuinely do not know where to start with how bad this is. Firstly, it comes vacuum packed so when you open it it’s flat and looks nothing like a dog (please refer to the picture). Secondly, there is no stuffing in it (or very little) so fashioning it into a shape is impossible. The fabric comes apart on touch meaning it’s most likely dangerous for dogs, the ‘heartbeat’ is so faint it’s practically non-existent and the fact they have the brass neck to charge £20 when it’s worth less than £5 is mind boggling. The instructions are also in broken English which are some of the hardest instructions I’ve ever had to decipher. One of my worst purchases from Amazon after 10 years as a Prime member.

Entrega muy rápida. Envasado al vacío, pero nada más abrirlo coge la forma. Es bastante suave. Le ha gustado mucho a mi perro.
